With a fantastic turnout of 200 participants from at least seven different countries, Nordic Arbitration Day 2023 brought the arbitration community together again after a long Covid break and was a great success.

The two-day event at Clarion Hotel Oslo was kicked off with mingle and drinks in a joint social event together with colleagues who attended Norwegian Arbitration Day. The event continued the day after with vibrant panel discussions regarding Guerrilla Tactics, Investment Arbitrations, Diversity in Arbitration, Dealing with Experts and a Soap Box Debate, followed by a very well attended Cocktail Reception.

Young Arbitration Practitioners Norway (YAPN) thanks you all for attending, with a special thanks to the speakers, the sponsors, and to the many who visited from abroad. Thanks also for key contributions from our co-organisers Young Arbitrators Sweden (YAS), Young Arbitrators Copenhagen and Young Arbitration Club Finland (YACF).

The next NAD (2024) will be held in Helsinki.
