Hedda assists clients from a range of business areas with dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation. She also has experience from working with white collar crime and compliance cases.

Mathilde Lund Meltvedt
Mathilde works with dispute resolution, and litigates cases in arbitration as well as before the ordinary courts. She has extensive experience with disputes within the energy sector, and has contract law as her area of expertise. Previously, Mathilde worked as a deputy judge in Oslo Distric Court, where she, among other things, mediated and settled a large number of complex commercial disputes.

Bastian works mainly with litigation and arbitration, contracts, real estate and company law. He regularly advises clients within industries such as technology, telecom and real estate in negotiations and dispute resolution. He also has extensive knowledge with ground lease agreements.
Silje H. Bakkevig Dagsland
Silje Helene Bakkevig Dagsland is specialised in contracts and construction, focusing on dispute resolution. Silje has extensive experience with litigation and arbitration, both national and international. She mainly works with large construction- and energy contracts, both onshore and offshore. Within dispute resolution Siljes experience also comprise disputes within aquaculture, renewable energy, shipbuilding and post M&A
Haakon Orgland Bingen
Haakon specializes in international arbitration, and has acted as counsel in several institutional (ICC and SCC) and ad hoc arbitrations in the gas sector. ​He has also experience from enforcement proceedings and challenge proceedings. Haakon also sits as arbitrator.

Mohsin works with general dispute resolution and litigation. He has extensive experience with commercial disputes relating to directors', officers', and professional liability, insurance matters with particular focus on marine insurance, maritime law and tort.​

Nora is an English solicitor and a New York attorney. She is experienced in investment, construction, oil & gas, renewable energy, biotechnology and pharmaceutical arbitrations arising under the rules of ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SCC, SIAC, CRCICA, and UNCITRAL. Nora also advices States on matters of public international law.
