Nora Fredstie

​Nora is an English solicitor and a New York attorney. She is experienced in investment, construction, oil & gas, renewable energy, biotechnology and pharmaceutical arbitrations arising under the rules of ICC, ICSID, LCIA, SCC, SIAC, CRCICA, and UNCITRAL. Nora also advices States on matters of public international law.

Mathilde Lund Meltvedt
Mathilde works with dispute resolution and litigates cases in arbitration as well as before the ordinary courts. She has broad experience with disputes within the energy sector and has liability and contract law as her areas of expertise. Previously, Mathilde worked as a deputy judge in Oslo District Court, where she, among other things, mediated and settled a large number of complex commercial disputes.
Bastian Sundling

Bastian mainly works with litigation and arbitration.
He regularly advises clients within industries
such as technology and real estate in negotiations, contract drafting and dispute
resolution. Bastian is highly engaged in the Norwegian dispute resolution community and tech community through several board positions and other initiatives.
Silje H. Bakkevig Dagsland
Silje specializes in dispute resolution and has extensive experience in both regular courts and arbitration (both domestic and international). She has expertise in energy and construction-related disputes.
Haakon Orgland Bingen
Haakon specializes in international arbitration, both ad hoc and institutional (ICC and SCC), and has worked particularly on cases within the gas sector. He also handles enforcement proceedings and invalidity actions. Haakon also serves as an arbitrator.
